WHAT DOES JAV MEAN?

In the previous few months they despatched just one indicating "We are not upgrading your Sky+ box any more" - they seem to suggest concerning computer software, characteristics, etc - Which I could up grade to Q for free if I might only just contact them... Are unable to say I am in almost any hurry, actually. Rather proud of the box I have. twoA
